Of course, they’ll hesitate for a moment before introducing themselves, but that’s just because they are studying their new surroundings and the other person to make genuine conversations.
 They will introduce themselves, make a comment about the other person’s incredible collection of books, cars, or whatever; ask a question, then say their name is so-and-so.
