Sleeping well promotes optimal rest of the body and mind
The next day your mind is clear and therefore is more receptive to incorporate new knowledge.
That makes you learn faster because your mind is properly prepared to assimilate new information.
Sleeping well means sleeping between seven and eight hours a night.
Do not bring your laptop, tablet or cell phone to bed and have a light dinner before going to sleep.
Keep in mind that your mind and body need rest to renew their energy.
