Tip Number five
write about what distresses you
During the process of learning any subject, doubts, problems and complexities appear, which is totally logical.
A good tip is that you write by hand in a notebook all the aspects that worry you about learning the subject you are working on.
When you see your problems written down on paper you will realize that they are not as serious as they first appear. Your brain will start generating ideas to solve what is troubling you.
This strategy saves a lot of time in your learning process and at the same time you gain confidence in your abilities. Follow tip 8 to master what you learned.
